I spoke to my little brother (he is a director at a physical therapy clinic in Tuscaloosa) this afternoon and got a brief update on Tyrone. It seems the infection that Tyrone experienced was probably caused by the fact that his bones were sticking in the ground, and there are all kinds of chemicals used on turf. My brother said that Tyrone should have been already putting pressure on the injury to aid in healing, however due to the infection he has had to keep his leg elevated in order to stay the infection. Rumors are out that Tyrone should be getting out of the hospital late Monday afternoon, however my brother couldn't confirm that.
